Phoenix LT-4 Combination Lane Machine Error code: 4

This article will assist with diagnosing the below error code.

Steps to Troubleshoot

1. Remove the lane machine control box and place it in a safe working bench.
   
2. Remove all 7 screws to open the control box rear panel.
   
3. Locate the data cable that connects from the display board to the relay control board. If the cable is
   sitting above the relay board, please relocate it away from any electrical component.

4. Inspect the data cable connections from the display board and from the relay control board.
   
5. Close the control box rear panel, re-install the control box in the lane machine and inspect all of the
   cabling to the control box. Turn the machine on.
