This article will assist in diagnosing incorrect pressure readings or no high conditioner pressure warning.
Enter diagnostic mode by following these images
Activate the Oil Pump and press the stop button when it reaches above 20 PSI.
The GUI screen Oil Pressure reading must match with the gauge reading. If the Oil Pressure GUI reading
is below the gauge reading, or if the GUI Oil Pressure reading reads anything between -1 to -8 when the
gauge reads 0 please replace the pressure sensor.
A gauge reading of -12 is an indication of a bad connection between the electrical enclosure and the
conditioner pressure sensor.
Inspect the following connections
Using a Voltmeter disconnect both ends and check continuity between each color cable. If connections
are good replace the conditioner pressure sensor. If connections are bad replace the pressure,
temperature, cover, EOL and sensors harness.
