Background:
For MAX or ENVOY+ Brunswick Cloud machines that fail to pair to the enclosure upon start up may require the ethernet configuration to be manually reassigned. This article will also cover troubleshooting for machines that show no Wi-Fi networks available within the Lane Machine application.
Ethernet Settings:
To manually verify or reset the ethernet settings, ensure the tablet is paired to the enclose and follow these steps:
- Set up security for a Level II user, if it has not been set up already. Login as that user.
- Exit to the Android OS by navigating to: SYSTEM, SECURITY, “Exit to Android OS”.
- Navigate to the home menu in the Android OS where you will see numerous applications installed. Open the SETTINGS app.
- Select Ethernet Configuration:
- Ensure ETHERNET is checked for ON.
